How our performance is measured

Our performance is measured by the Scottish Housing Regulator.

As part of this, they ask us to provide an Annual Assurance Statement confirming that we meet their regulatory standards and requirements.  You can view the most recent version of our Annual Assurance Statement here.

They also publish an Engagement Plan that describes the work they are doing with us - you can see this here.

If you believe we have regularly and repeatedly failed to meet the regulatory requirements for social housing and this failure has affected a group of tenants (rather than just you individually), you can report this directly to the Scottish Housing Regulator as a Serious Concern. More information on how to do this, including a downloadable leaflet, can be found here.

If you have an issue which relates only to you or your home, it needs to be dealt with through our own complaints process. You can find out more about how to make a complaint to us here.

Scottish Social Housing Charter

The Scottish Social Housing Charter aims to improve the quality and value of services that social landlords provide for their tenants and other customers. The Charter sets out the standards which social landlords should aim to achieve and can be viewed in full on the Scottish Housing Regulator website.

Importantly, it also places a requirement on us to produce an Annual Landlord Report illustrating how we are performing against the Charter. We publish this each autumn and it is also shared on the Scottish Housing Regulator website.

Our Annual Report

Our Annual Report contains information about what we have achieved in the previous year and how our performance against the charter compares with both our peer group and the Scottish average. A copy is sent to every tenant and the most recent versions are also available to view or download below.
