The 2022/23 rent for these is charged monthly in advance as detailed below:

Fife Housing Group tenants = £40.34 (no VAT)

Non-Fife Housing Group tenants: £40.34 +VAT = £48.41

Please note that we do not hold data on the dimensions of the garages and their sizes may vary slightly

For reference, a blank copy of the lease agreement confirming the conditions of any tenancy and details of goods which can/cannot be stored in these garages can be found here.

Garage plots

We also have a number of garage plots available in areas including Crombie, Rosyth, Oakley and Kirkcaldy. These are plots only and anyone wishing to rent one will be responsible for erecting their own temporary garage and applying for planning permission from the Local Authority.

The 2022/23 rent for these is charged in advance at £5.21 per month.
