Social housing is a type of housing that is defined by its affordable rents and secure tenancies. It is also regulated by the Scottish Housing Regulator – so tenants can have confidence in decisions being fair and transparent.

As a registered social landlord, we build and let affordable homes across Fife, to suit a variety of household sizes and needs. We currently provide a quality housing management service to over 2,500 households in social rented accommodation.

We are a charitable organisation, committed to providing quality services to our tenants and other customers and all of our income is re-invested in our properties, services and communities.
