The Fife Housing Register Partnership provides the focus for improving services to housing applicants and people living in vulnerable housing circumstances. Due to a temporarily secondment, an opportunity has been created for a highly motivated and committed individual to play a key role in the revised development plan. We a Lead Officer to support the implementation, lead the FHR Team and fully enable the Partnership to improve services to customers across the access, allocations and homelessness environments. Yes well get them to come check my home then, I've an outdated boiler that's made up of spare parts , but they say it's good for another 5 years A temperamental thermostat which again is outdated and costing me money in heating, A kitchen roof that's water damaged, in fact all the ceilings need replaced, as they're all cracked, an outside step that they sent someone to repair but I had to lend the person the tools to fix it, they sent people to clean my gutters with high tech equipment, a bucket ,ladder and a piece of scrap bent copper pipe, replaced my kitchen after telling and fobbing me off for years about it being replaced , sent someone to repair a piece of fence ,the whole 3ft length of it,when the rest of it is of no use. But they'll jump on me right away if I default in my rent payments and love to shove policy down your throat, they love their little photo shoots of staff at coffee mornings,Xmas giveaways etc ,paid for by the rent payer of course, I could go on but I guess its a waste of time because they'll just ignore it ,oh and loft insulation that was rat infested with droppings which they told me to sort out,only after I got my local mp involved did they replace it, so there you have it, read the reviews on fhg, 2.5 out of 5, think that says it all.
