Dumped items/Fly-tipping

If items have been dumped within the boundaries of your block or estate, you can contact us to report this. If possible, please include a photograph to help us arrange their removal.

However, please be aware that costs associated with repeated collection of dumped items may affect the rent we charge.

Items dumped on land which we do not own are considered fly-tipping.

Fly-tipping is not antisocial behaviour, nor is it our responsibility to clear it up. You should report items dumped in these areas to Fife Council or the private owner so they can arrange removal.

Disposal of bulky items

If you have large household items to dispose of, you should arrange for Fife Council to collect them. They will collect bulky items such as bed frames, mattresses, and sofas free of charge.

Please let us know if you have arranged an uplift so we are aware, should anyone phone in to complain that items have been dumped.
