How we deal with antisocial behaviour (ASB)
We want our homes and communities to be pleasant and secure places to live and we want the people who stay in them to be able to enjoy their homes peacefully.
We expect our tenants to respect and understand the different values and lifestyles of others. We also expect them to act reasonably and with consideration. However, everyone has different tolerance levels. This means that some issues which are an annoyance may not be classed as antisocial behaviour (ASB).
On this page, you will shortly be able to find information on:
- What we consider antisocial behaviour and what we don’t
- What we can and cannot do
- Where you can get further advice
You can notify us of any antisocial behaviour using the form on the right.
We take issues which are classed as antisocial behaviour very seriously and will:
- Charge tenants for any damage caused by them or their visitors
- Support local groups and organisations working to prevent antisocial behaviour
- Take firm action against any antisocial behaviour, involving the police or other agencies if required
