Our new brand represents the vision and values of Fife Housing Group as we move forward, committed to building the foundations of an excellent business for the benefit of both tenants and other customers.
Our primary focus will be ‘Getting the basics right’, with a new business plan dedicated to turning round previous poor performance and making a real difference to tenant’s lives.
Chief Executive, Nicki Donaldson, explains ‘Fife Housing Group has undergone something of a transformation during the past year. One of the most obvious changes is our new brand logo, however, what’s actually more important is the values this logo represents, which we’ve been working hard to demonstrate; striving to be open and honest, firm but fair, accountable and versatile in all aspects of our business.
‘We have already achieved significant improvements with the introduction of our business change programme and, while this has laid the foundations for us to build upon we remain very much a work in progress.
‘We now have a full executive team in place with the expertise and experience to allow us to get back to basics and develop the kind of service our tenants and customers both expect and deserve, and are looking towards a bright future for the Group.’
