In addition, our colleagues will be in a meeting and then attending our office Christmas event from 9am until 2pm on Friday 16 December.
During these hours our office will be closed and phone calls will be diverted to our out-of-hours service.
You can still report emergency repairs during this time and colleagues will be available again after 2pm.
