Coming in at 43 on ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-For-Profit Organisations To Work For 2019’ list, the organisation has been awarded a one-star accreditation, showing how seriously they take workplace engagement and sending a powerful message that colleagues continue to feel both valued and motivated.
Chief Executive, Nicki Donaldson, explains just how much of an achievement their improved position on the list is, ‘This is only the second time we have entered these awards and to have improved our position by 26 places inside of a year is just fantastic, and testament to the commitment of our colleagues who believe in our shared purpose and play such an important part in fulfilling it.
‘Having an engaged workforce who are proud to work for our organisation, connected to our aims and take pride in the work they do also improves productivity and ultimately benefits both our tenants and other customers.
‘We’re absolutely thrilled to have made the Top 100 again and are looking forward to building on this success over the coming months.’
