Both our office and our gas contractor continue to be inundated with calls due to the severe cold weather. As such, we must prioritise emergency heating issues which pose a potential risk to tenants’ health and safety. If you currently have hot water and/or heating we would ask that you avoid calling our office or our gas contractor until the beginning of next week so that we can deal with these emergencies first.

Please also note that we will not tolerate aggression or verbal abuse towards our colleagues. We would encourage you to be kind whether you are calling or receiving a visit from one of our team as they are under a lot of pressure at this time and will do their best to help you as soon as they can.
