Local businesses kindly donated a fantastic selection of prizes and our very own Santa (Maintenance Officer, George McLeod) was on hand to draw the raffle, sending some very happy residents on their way with a lovely gift.
Here are a few of our lucky winners:
David Paterson, of Valley Gardens South, was dragged along to the café by his kids, who were determined to see Santa! However, he is now glad he went along and very happy with his prize.
Jim Archibald of Lomond Gardens won one of our handmade household hampers. Jim says his prize will be very helpful and confirmed that his wife will make him use all of the cleaning products – lucky Jim!
A whopping 98% of those who attended rated the event as either good or excellent, including Mrs Moetsabi, another prize winner, who said, ‘This is a good event as it gives tenants the opportunity to have a one to one chat and raise any concerns they might have’
