Kirsty has an MA (hons) Town and Regional Planning degree from the University of Dundee / University of Northern British Columbia, Canada. In 2015 she became a member of the Institute of Highway Engineers.

Having worked across a variety of sectors and roles within the Construction industry including large house builder and affordable housing and Consultancy. Kirsty now works for Halliburton in their Design and Construction Department across Europe, Eurasia and sub-Saharan Africa.

Kirsty joined the FHG Board in September 2024.
