David is an experienced housing professional with more than 17 years' experience working across the social housing sector in Scotland. His career in housing has spanned across the specialisms of tenancy management, later living, supported accommodation, homelessness services, temporary accommodation, customer services, income recovery, and repairs.

He has held a range of leadership roles and brings significant experience in strategic planning, performance management, governance, digital transformation, and partnership working. David is particularly passionate about delivering excellent customer services, supporting organisational improvement, and ensuring that housing providers continue to meet the evolving needs of tenants and communities.

David holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies from the University of Stirling and combines strong operational knowledge with a commitment to effective governance and continuous improvement.

As a Board Member, David contributes extensive sector knowledge, leadership experience and a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing social housing in Scotland.
