From 11 May 2026, the current allpay app and Internet Payments website will close. If you use these to make payments, you’ll need to switch to the new allpayments app or web portal.

What this means for you

allpayments is a new payment service from allpay. It lets you make and manage payments online or through an app.

You can:

• Make payments quickly and securely
• Check your payment history
• Download receipts
• Save your details to pay again more easily

If you already use allpay

You can sign in to allpayments using your existing username and password. Your details will move across automatically. Please note, this is a new app. The old allpay app will stop working, so you’ll need to download the new one from your app store.

An easier way to pay

You can also pay your rent through our Home Hub. It is often the quickest and easiest way to:

• Check your balance
• Make a payment
• Keep track of your account

What you’ll need

To make a payment using allpayments, you’ll need:

• Your 19-digit payment reference number
• A debit or credit card
